What happens after we work together on your brand?
I love working with existing clients again after I have created your branding! I have previously worked as an in-house designer for 4 years so I know just how useful it can be to have a designer at your fingertips for that quick project. After your brand package has been completed, we can then work together on regular updates to your graphics using any of my design services to keep your customers interested with your latest developments.

When you get in touch on the start your project form please let me know any fixed deadlines you have for your project. My current booking schedule is usually updated on my enquiry form.

The rough timescales for my brand packages are listed next to the packages. The timescales will vary on how quickly you can provide feedback to my design proofs and provide information needed to complete the project. It is essential that feedback is provided within a few days to allow the project to keep moving along the timeline.

For my brand packages I take a 25-50% deposit to book your project into my calendar and and then split the rest of the amount along the timeline of the project. The whole of the project fee is due before the project is complete and final deliverables are sent.

To start designing I need to have a completed brand questionnaire, which I will send to you when you have paid your deposit. Later along the timeline I will require finalised content for any extra branded items, such as menus and promotional material.

Yes of course, every business is different! Just add these to the enquiry form and we can discuss what else you would like to include during the quotation stage. If you decide you would like extra deliverables during the project then we can discuss how these can be included.
